As we have for the past few years, Whisknladle will once again be participating in Restaurant Week San Diego. We will be doing BOTH weeks this year, so the dates will be January 15th – January 27th. As most of you know, restaurant week is a great time to get out there and explore new restaurants and the time to avoid the ones you love... That being said, this year, we're going to continue something a little different. We're not going to be offering a limited prix-fixe that gives you only a small snapshot of what a restaurant is all about and we're not looking to cram'em in. Instead, you can choose any 3 dishes (App, Entree & Dessert) off our regular dinner menu

Happy Holiday to everyone. WNL Hosp restaurants will all be closed this Saturday and Sunday (Dec 24th & 25th) to spend time with our families and friends. We will be reopening on Monday the 26th normal hours. If for the new years you would like to lay low and enjoy great food wine and people. Give the gift that gives back. Starting Black Friday 11/26 through January 1st 2012 Whisknladle Hospitality will be offering all guests who purchase a gift card with us, 20% on a gift card for them. It is just our way of saying happy holidays and thank you for thinking of us. 

Gift cards are available at both Whisknladle and Prepkitchen and you can use them at either one.

Unfortunately due to some fire damage, Prepkitchen Del Mar is temporarily closed while rebuild. Thankfully no one was hurt, everyone is safe, and it just the space. We are working as hard as we can to get things back up and running and will miss you all while we are in this process. Thank you for your support. Both WNL and PKLJ will be happy to have you if you would like to continue to enjoy our cuisine.

To our loyal fans and those who have been dying to try us out. Restaurant week is upon us and we are doing it the right way. The whole menu is available to you at $40 for three course. Any of our 14 appetizers, any of our 10 entrees, and a dessert to finish off the meal in style. We have received such great feedback over the last few times of doing restaurant week that for the first time we are extending restaurant week until September 30th. If you are interested in joining us please call and make a reservation or make a reservation through the website. We look forward to seeing you soon, and hope you take advantage of this great opportunity to spend time with us.

Just an FYI during restaurant week through the 30th, WNL ONLY will not be doing Happy hour, but both Prepkitchen’s are still doing their normal menus as well as Happy hour (3-6 daily)

In the spirit of Labor Day, all our restaurants will be closed Monday 9/5/11 as we'll be slow roasting a pig Cuban Style at Arturo's House.

The following Monday is our Company Holiday Party so sorry, we'll be slow roasting ourselves on the beach.

Open 360/365 days a year isn't bad though.

We'll miss you too.

Our family is growing again with a new restaurant set to open early 2012.

Her name is Prepkitchen Little Italy or PKLI for short.

She's currently in the design stages and construction permits go out for submital sometime this week.

Please stay tuned as we'll be doing are best to document the entire process from start to finish.
